Needed repairs: Replace jack-knife sofa with storage drawer underneath. Clean carpet. Bolt down love seat. Cover stain on side of love seat with vinyl/leather paint. Driver's side rear fender needs has two small scrapes and 2 inch crack in fiberglass. One dining room table chair needs refinished after being left outdoors and was rained on numerous times.
